Use of Platform
Opinion Easy is intended for sharing opinions, participating in daily polls, and earning points and rewards. The platform is available free of charge on Android devices and is open to users aged 18 and above.
You agree to use Opinion Easy only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or disrupt the platform's functionality.
- You must not use the platform to engage in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity
- You must not attempt to manipulate poll results, create fake accounts, or use bots
- Unauthorised or improper use may result in immediate account suspension or termination
- You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable local laws
Intellectual Property
All content on the Opinion Easy platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the exclusive property of Opinion Easy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of any content from Opinion Easy is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
- The Opinion Easy name, logo, and all related product names are registered trademarks
- You may not use our trademarks or branding without explicit written consent
- User-submitted opinions remain the intellectual property of their respective authors
Participation & Rewards
Users may participate in daily polls, share opinions, and earn points according to Opinion Easy's reward rules. 100 Points = ₹1.00. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₹100.
Rewards are granted when your opinion matches the majority response in a poll. You spend 2 points per poll entry and earn 6 points on a winning vote — a net gain of 4 points.
- Opinion Easy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any poll or rewards system without prior notice
- All points and rewards are subject to verification and may be adjusted in cases of fraud or rule violations
- Referral bonuses of 500 points are credited upon a referred user completing their first poll successfully
- Withdrawals are processed to the bank account registered in your profile within the stipulated timeframe
Important: Points and rewards have no cash value outside the Opinion Easy platform and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Limitation of Liability
Opinion Easy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of points, rewards, or earnings.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of poll results, the outcome of any reward system, or uninterrupted access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- Opinion Easy is not responsible for any financial decisions made based on poll results
- We are not liable for technical interruptions, data loss, or delays in reward processing
- Our maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount withdrawn by that user in the previous 30 days
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
Amendments
Opinion Easy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. You are expected to check this page periodically to take notice of any changes, as they are binding on you.
- Material changes will be communicated via in-app notifications or email where appropriate
- You may discontinue use of the platform if you do not accept the revised terms
User Accounts
To access the full features of Opinion Easy, you must create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
- Each user may hold only one account — multiple accounts per user are not permitted
- Sharing your account with others is prohibited and may result in termination
Opinion Easy reserves the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts at its discretion, particularly in cases of misuse.
Links to Other Websites
Opinion Easy may contain links to third-party websites or services for your convenience. We do not control these external sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, availability, or security.
The inclusion of any link to a third-party site does not imply endorsement by Opinion Easy. Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies and terms of any external websites they visit through our platform.
Termination
Opinion Easy may suspend or permanently terminate your account or access to the platform at any time, without prior notice or liability, in cases including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Fraudulent activity, manipulation of polls, or use of automated bots
- Misuse of the referral or rewards system
- Conduct that is harmful, abusive, or disruptive to other users or the platform
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Any pending rewards or points may be forfeited at our discretion in cases of policy violations.
